The housing market is heating up, and Redfin agents are zeroed in on helping buyers and sellers navigate their 2025 moves. One new agent I’m really excited about is Brian Wilson, who joins our Virginia team from eXp. Brian started his real estate career in the early 2000s with the real estate tech boom, and has since racked up nearly 1,500 deals and $800 million in sales volume. Brian says that while he’s appreciated Redfin’s technology platform for years, the Redfin Next model and services like Redfin Premier made it a game-changer for his business.

We’re also excited to say hello (again!) to Cecilia Cordova, who brings 23 years of real estate experience back to our Miami office. After spending over 7 years at Redfin as a buyers and listing agent, Cecilia took a brief hiatus to expand her expertise with Luxe Properties and Robert Slack. A proud Miami resident for 30 years, she is an expert in helping clients find their dream homes in the Miami area. Having successfully closed on hundreds of homes and achieved millions in sales, we’re thrilled to welcome her back to the team as a Redfin Premier agent!
“I came back because there is nothing like Redfin’s model. I don’t need to be an insurance agent. I don’t need to be a marketing director. I don’t need to be anything other than a real estate agent that provides good service and Redfin allows me to do that,” Cecilia said. “For anyone thinking about joining Redfin, my advice would be to take the time to find out about the technology, find out about the organization, about the automatization, the leadership, and know that you’re going to be with a group of people that are going to push for you to be better.”
