About our Company


Revival Brothers is a real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition, management, and disposition of residential, 1st position, loans (notes), and rehab projects. RB’s mission is to rebuild and revitalize blighted neighborhoods and families throughout the USA. This includes helping troubled borrowers to stay in their homes through loan modification settlements. It also includes providing seller financing solutions to new home buyers that have problems financing through traditional banks. Our investment strategy involves acquiring performing and non-performing mortgages and residential REO that fit within specific benchmarks. Once an asset is identified, it is tediously analyzed to identify each possible exit strategy, an offer is made, and investment opportunities go out to accredited and sophisticated investors looking for passive income within the RB network. The Revival Brothers workflow has been designed to mitigate risk through predictive analytics and has been proven to save time and money.

The founders of Revival Brothers have seen it evolved from a fix and flip rehab business into a real estate investment company that has the necessary infrastructure to quickly identify, acquire and manage residential mortgage notes and REO. Their strategies involve extensive asset analytics and due diligence prior to acquisition and constant updates throughout the disposition where they dissect the investments into multiple potential exit strategies to better understand risk. This is only possible through their continued commitment to excellence and ongoing expansion of infrastructure. That includes robust analytic tools, streamlined management workflows, expanded industry networks, and the latest in digital technologies.

Over the past few years, their portfolio has expanded from the West Coast of North America to the East Coast. Most of their assets have been privately held, until the beginning of 2019 where they opened the doors to outside investors/partners. They are currently looking for joint venture capital partners, passive IRA investors, and equity sharing partners. From Note To Rehab


When we purchased this "Non-Performing Note", it was in the process of transitioning into an REO.  We came in at the tail end of the foreclosure process.  The property was also vacant, which meant we didn't have to deal with any lengthy evictions or court proceedings. Through our unique analytics system at Revival Brothers, we were able to monitor and evaluate the most profitable exit strategies over the project's life. The strategy was simple, acquire the property at a discounted rate of the unpaid principal balance of the loan, renovate, and sell it at a fair market value. We invested a total of $59,032.00 which included purchasing, renovating, and selling the asset. We held the asset for 12 months and sold it for 91,000.00 after deducting realtor fees we made a total return of $24,236.00 return on our investment. This is equivalent to a 41% ROI.  The most amazing aspect of this project was that we acquired and managed it from the office, never having visited the site, contractors, or realtors. This approach has cut our overhead tremendously and allowed us to pursue other similar types of deals in volume. Revival Brothers has developed a unique system of acquiring at the right price points, analyzing the best returns, filtering through due diligence, and managing assets through their dispositions. These strategies have consistently provided positive results and have led to the development of an analytics tool called "IPA" which embodies our investments strategies.
