How We Generate Cash Flow
Minimum Investment: $120,000
Our Offer
We have established a safe and ethical platform through which a capital investor can invest in Residential Performing Mortgage and receive a preferred rate of 8% on a monthly basis. To Establish this investment stream, Revival Brothers will acquire a minimum of 3 performing loans. This is done to lower risk through diversification. All investments are secured by real estate. In the event a loan defaults, RB will aid in the workouts, the investor will get their preferred 8% or split the net profits 50/50, which ever is greater.
Funding
In order to be competitive and get the best deals possible we ask for funding up front. These funds will go into an account where it will remain there until funding is needed. RB will never touch the investor's initial capital in the funding account without the investors written approval. For piece of mind, the investor can ask at any time to see the capital in the funding account.
How the Investment works:
Revival Brothers will acquire a minimum of 3 performing residential loans with 20% reserves for operating expenses like servicing, legal, and workouts. For example, the total capital available for acquisition will be $100,000 and $20,000 will be left for reserves.
Entities:
Revival Brothers will establish a Nevada series LLC for each investor where the investors entity and Revival Brothers LLC will be listed as equal members and RB will be listed as the managing member.
Workouts:
In the event a loan goes into default, RB will aid in the workouts. We have excellent communication tools to illustrate how each investment is performing. Once the assets have been acquired, the capital is locked into the investment. In the event the investor needs capital back, he/she can liquidate at any time with no penalty. RB can help with this transaction for an additional fee.
