Mr. King has more than 25 years of professional experience in the Building and Real Estate Industry. He holds a professional degree from the University of Arizona in Architecture and has been the recipient of many distinguished awards over the years. His career began under the employment of one of the largest architectural companies in the world “RTKL”. It was here he sharpened his design communication, technology, and leadership skills to eventually start an in-house digital media department called “Liquid Media”. Affected by a downturn in the market, Mr. King eventually went on to start his own architectural communication and marketing company called “Ripple CG” where he quickly added entrepreneurial skills to his resume. His business connections in the architectural, engineering, and construction industries, along with some family assets, gave him the confidence needed to start his first real estate holding company called “JTS King Investments”. It was here, he honed his construction and renovation skills leading to many successful fix and flips for the rental market in California. Not happy with his capital constantly tied up in holdings, Mr. King and one of his partners decided to liquidate a large holding to start a real estate investment company called “Revival Brothers”. The goal was to invest in REO and flip properties. As the company grew, it began experimenting with lending, got into non-performing notes, REO, and opened the doors to Joint Ventures. This journey led to the discovery of multiple investment strategies which, in turn, sparked the rapid development of analysis tools designed to measure metrics and mitigate risk.

Mr. King’s marketing, digital media, and technology resources through “Ripple CG” have been key in streamlining operations for “Revival Brothers” and continue to prove to be a valuable asset. As President, Mr. King has access to a full development team capable of creating just about any type of digital media including 3D animation, CAD drawings, renderings, graphic design, web design, and data analysis. All companies are under one roof making it is easy to navigate resources, tap into in-house capabilities, and streamline operations.

As a multiple business owner, Mr. King understands what it takes to successfully manage a thriving company. According to Mr. King, “the growth and success of a company should not only focus on profit margins, but it should also have a balance of education, R&D, marketing and diversity of product for long term success”. Implementing these goals into a growing company is not an easy task. “It takes time, energy, and discipline to successfully manage a company”. Mr. King goes on to explain, “Real estate laws are often confusing and convoluted. Keeping a real estate company compliant with all local and federal laws as it relates to marketing, contracts, taxes and general operations is a challenge. Without the right team in place, you’re playing with fire!”

Mr. King knows what it takes to be successful and is often multitasking throughout the day to ensure deadlines are met, action items are completed, and cash flow is coming in. With his extensive background and industry experience, it is clear, Mr. King has all the right qualifications necessary to run a thriving real estate investment company in today’s ever-changing markets.

Mr. King has over 15 years of experience in the financial real estate industry. He is an accomplished leader with a strong background in complex financial real estate and higher education operations. He has a proven passion for customer service and operational excellence, demonstrated by extreme dedication and commitment to job duties and responsibilities. He Drives positive financial and operational performance through completion utilizing a cross functional team to deliver these objectives to the satisfaction of clients. Finally, he continuously adheres to industry federal regulations and requirements.

Mr. King is also one of the co-founders of Revival Brothers LLC and JTS King Investments LLC, responsible for all financial aspects of the entity’s operations. The Revival Brothers’ current portfolio contains diverse residential investments in multiple states. These investments are in the form of REO’s, rentals, notes and rehab projects. Dedicated to his company and investor base, Mr. King is continually searching for new opportunities in different market areas. He has recently opened the doors to welcome fellow Investors to partner on new opportunities. One of the most notable contributions Mr. King has brought to the Revival Brothers is the development of innovative analytic tools, originally established to quickly assess entire tapes of assets. These tools identify only the best deals based on the company’s investment criteria and generate strategic exit strategies throughout the assets’ cycle.

About our Company

Revival Brothers is a real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition, management, and disposition of residential, 1st position, loans (notes), and rehab projects. RB’s mission is to rebuild and revitalize blighted neighborhoods and families throughout the USA. This includes helping troubled borrowers to stay in their homes through loan modification settlements. It also includes providing seller financing solutions to new home buyers that have problems financing through traditional banks. Our investment strategy involves acquiring performing and non-performing mortgages and residential REO that fit within specific benchmarks. The founders of Revival Brothers have seen it evolved from a fix and flip rehab business into a real estate investment company that has the necessary infrastructure to quickly identify, acquire and manage residential mortgage notes and REO. Their strategies involve extensive asset analytics and due diligence prior to acquisition and constant updates throughout the disposition where they dissect the investments into multiple potential exit strategies to better understand risk. Over the past few years, their portfolio has expanded from the West Coast of North America to the East Coast. Most of their assets have been privately held, until the beginning of 2019 where they opened the doors to outside investors/partners. From Note To Rehab

When we purchased this "Non-Performing Note", it was in the process of transitioning into an REO. We came in at the tail end of the foreclosure process. The property was also vacant, which meant we didn't have to deal with any lengthy evictions or court proceedings. Through our unique analytics system at Revival Brothers, we were able to monitor and evaluate the most profitable exit strategies over the project's life. The strategy was simple, acquire the property at a discounted rate of the unpaid principal balance of the loan, renovate, and sell it at a fair market value. We invested a total of $59,032.00 which included purchasing, renovating, and selling the asset. We held the asset for 12 months and sold it for 91,000.00 after deducting realtor fees we made a total return of $24,236.00 return on our investment. This is equivalent to a 41% ROI. The most amazing aspect of this project was that we acquired and managed it from the office, never having visited the site, contractors, or realtors. This approach has cut our overhead tremendously and allowed us to pursue other similar types of deals in volume. Revival Brothers has developed a unique system of acquiring at the right price points, analyzing the best returns, filtering through due diligence, and managing assets through their dispositions. These strategies have consistently provided positive results and have led to the development of an analytics tool called "IPA" which embodies our investments strategies.
